Guys must forget that courting is an important part of this dating thing!
I can’t speak for every female, but at least I know for me, It is imperative. I need to feel like a woman. Period.

TUMBLRBOMB THE HELL OUT OF THIS. Trans* people deserve to be protected by the law. IT IS DISGRACEFUL that in 2011, people are fired for being trans*. In two seconds flat, they go from being a star employee to being someone who “doesn’t fit with the company”. This is wrong, and it needs to stop.
If you haven’t read by now, I was fired from my job yesterday for being transgender. It was perfectly legal for them to do so. I do not have legal rights to do anything about it - my hands are tied. But you can help by getting the word out to lawmakers that this affects the lives of real people who deserve the same rights as everyone else. Equal rights for our gay counterparts, while wonderful, is not “good enough”.
